New loyalty program from Pilot Flying J

Pilot Flying J, the driver-driven company with more than 550 retail locations across the continent, recently announced the launch of its new customer reward program designed to create loyalty among its existing customer base and bring in new customers as well.

The MyRewards loyalty program features a card for every customer including RV customers, professional drivers and preferred fuel customers. Program members are eligible for in-store retail discounts as well restaurant discounts and can be redeemed by professional drivers who accrue shower credits and points for purchasing gas and in-store merchandise and food.

"MyRewards allows us to tailor rewards and benefits that best fit our customers' needs and wants," said Jimmy Haslam, chief executive officer of Pilot Flying J. "As the driver-driven company, serving our customers is always our top priority, and we wanted to make it easy for them to simply 'join, drive and save.' That's how the MyRewards loyalty program works."

Customers can locate the details of their MyRewards account on their receipts, on the Pilot Flying J website or at the kiosk located in participating stores. Customers can pick up their loyalty card at any participating location and register it via the internet or with the cashier or the kiosk located in-store. RV owners and professional drivers who have a Frequent Fueler Advantage or Driver Payback card are not required to re-register a new loyalty card, however.

As part of the new customer loyalty program launch, each customer will have the opportunity to win $10,000 with the "Trace Adkins Ride for Rewards" cash giveaway.

In the rental car industry, Enterprise Rent-A-Car recently launched the new Enterprise Plus program to reward loyal customers and allow them to redeem points on any available vehicle on any day at its more than 5,500 locations.
