This position is responsible for facilitating and supporting the redemption process in merchandise point programs, as well as, providing client service and transactional support for stored value card programs.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Atlanta, GA.  We have implemented COVID Safety Guidelines to ensure the safety of our employees.

Specific Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage a unique database of orders, to include:
    • Initiate order/shipment confirmations
    • Communicate pertinent order information to internal and external clients who inquire
    • Manage multiple email inboxes and help desk tickets
    • Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
    • Communicate with vendors regarding existing orders and refunds
    • Escalate order issues/support requests as necessary
    • Other tasks as assigned
    • From time to time, areas of responsibility may change
  • Requirements:

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include strong skills in:
    • Strong computer skills
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to function at a high capacity while managing multiple projects at once
    • Strong time management skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work well with others, in a team environment, as well as independently
    • Ability to manage and communicate expectations
    • Critical thinking skills with business acumen
