Can you believe the year’s almost over? It’ll be 2020 before you know it – the start of a new decade! But while we’re always busy working for the future, I wanted to take a moment to share just a few of Incentive Solutions’ highlights from 2019.
Incentive Solutions Celebrates 25 Years
Founded in 1994, Incentive Solutions celebrated our 25-year anniversary in 2019 (though we have closer to 43 years in the incentive industry if you count our 2009 acquisition of LoyaltyWorks). I’m immensely proud to be carrying out Steve Damerow’s vision from 25 years ago of a tech-focused, client-centric incentive company that’s never satisfied with the status quo. We celebrated our quarter-century in the incentive industry with employees and clients, who enjoyed food trucks, music, and outdoor games.
This year, as part of our rebrand, we updated our motto: “To inspire growth – for our clients and our employees.” And while we have always been an organization founded growth, continually pushing the edge on incentive technology development, we’re also a company that sticks to our roots. At Incentive Solutions, we truly live by our core values, which brings me to the next highlight.

We Upgrade Our Loyalty Program Software Platform
In 2019, Incentive Solutions rolled out the V5 upgrade for our loyalty program software platform. V5 gives clients and their participants a more friendly UX, with a modernized reward shopping experience, a streamlined design interface, and updated controls for filtering and reporting. When people think about reward programs, the underlying technology platform usually isn’t the first thing they think about. But if a loyalty program is a tool to engage, communicate, and inspire growth with partners in the modern sales channel, then technology is the driving force.
One of our focuses every year is to continually improve our incentive program technology platform. One of the benefits of our modular SaaS-based loyalty program software platform is that we’re able to quickly make improvements based directly on client feedback, and then build them to scale. We’re even more excited by the technology development that’s in store for 2020!
Incentive Solutions Receives 2019 IMA Circle of Excellence Award
This summer, Incentive Solutions was recognized by the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), for our work with Michelin on their dealer incentive program. The IMA awards the Circle of Excellence Award to recognize outstanding, innovative incentive programs. Incentive Solutions Hosts Industry Leaders at the BthruB Leadership Conference
For the past six years, one of our highlights every year is the BthruB Leadership Summit. This year’s event was no exception. In fact, it may have been the best BthruB yet! We hosted some of our top clients at the Barnsley Garden Resort in Adairsville, GA, for three days dedicated to learning, brainstorming, and celebrating partnerships.
BthruB is a chance for us to learn from our clients – to learn more about what’s happening in their channel and their industry, and figure out ways we can continue to update our platform to enable their success.
Looking Ahead to 2020
Looking back, 2019 was great. But we’re excited to keep pushing the envelope in the incentive industry in 2020. We hope our next 25 years are even better than the last. Happy New Years!
