There are basically two types of incentives; those that generate new revenue (sales incentives), and those that keep revenue (loyalty programs). Incentives create the best ROI in both cases.

Sales incentives pay as market share increases. If those goals are not met, then the expenditure is commensurate. That’s great in an expanding market. But what if the market is mature and the economy is flat?

It’s a fact that keeping a client is far more cost-effective than finding new ones. Loyalty programs do just that. They create an environment that not only keeps the client, but also transforms them into a reference that helps grow your business.

ISI Passport Points

the ISI group launched a customer loyalty program January 1, 2013, where our customers can accumulate points based on their programs run through any of the ISI companies. Points are earned at various levels from merchandise programs, travel programs and reward card programs by referring associates, answering surveys and quizzes, or just logging in on special dates.

Each customer will receive a letter announcing the program, along with information on how to enroll, which will run on our RewardTrax system. Points earned in the program can be redeemed for various merchandise items that our clients can utilize for their office or personal use; or you can run special staff or customer promotions with items you redeem. Points can also be donated to one of four charities highlighted on the system.

Charity Involvement

The Distinguished Clown Corps
Mark Herbert, President of the ISI group, recently participated in the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Annual Christmas Parade with the Distinguished Clown Corps. The Clown Corps is a group of community leaders and business executives who don the red nose and floppy shoes for the honor of spending time with, and spreading cheer to Children’s special patients and their families.

Salvation Army
This year we decided to donate the money to The Salvation Army on behalf of our clients to help send relief to the thousands impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

Atlanta Bully Rescue
We also wanted to give to a worthy local charity, so we donated to the Atlanta Bully Rescue to help find loving forever homes for Pit Bulls in southeast Atlanta.
