Job Description – Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) Position
The SDR role will own lead management – responding initially to marketing leads, nurturing them with a cadence of multi-pronged touches (email, phone, social), qualifying their fit and interest, and ultimately, handing off the qualified leads to our Account Executives (AEs).
Even after the initial outreach, you will look for opportunities to re-engage our database of existing leads. You will be tied in heavily with the sales and marketing (aka “Smarketing”) teams as the chief tester of what cadences and content are most effective in engaging leads during the buyer’s journey.
The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (internship experience will be considered), so this is categorized as an entry-level position.
