Vendors thrive through channel partners, and keeping those partners motivated is part of a company’s job. Knowing the importance of this strategy, Telecentris, a cloud communications firm based in San Diego, implemented a new feature to its channel partner program.
The new feature is an “instant-quote and contract creation tool, leveraging leading sales software platform, MasterStream.” It automates inclusive quotes and proposals across Telecentris’ business services. This enables partners to create required “signature-ready order forms by answering a few simple questions.” It also produces email templates to speed up client and potential customer communications.
Always striving toward a powerful channel sales force, director of sales at Telcentris Tad Nikolich explains, “”We are continually evaluating new ways to simplify and enhance the user experience for our channel partners.” He added, “”The MasterStream platform is considered to be the industry standard by many for its ease-of-use and speedy performance, and we are eager to provide this convenience to our partners.”
The new addition to the channel sales incentive programs includes a tool for “master agents to create multiple personal profiles for sub-agents – allowing for more global visibility into account activities.”
With the economy slowly, but steadily, moving forward, cloud computing companies need to keep up with the industry’s ‘moving forward’ pace. Other companies that have enhanced their channel sales incentives include Microsoft, Avaya, and Dell.
