New Chief Product Officer Brings Greater Data Expertise to Incentive Solutions/Extu Technology

There’s a new face in town! At Incentive Solutions and Extu, we recently welcomed aboard our new Chief Product Officer (CPO), Omid Reza Sedaghatian!

Omid has 17+ years of experience in product design for data-focused companies. Prior to joining the Incentive Solutions/Extu team, Omid was Vice President of Product at People Pattern. There, he helped with product roadmap development, go-to-market strategy, and client engagement. He played a major role in the development of machine learning technology and predictive data analytics.

Data has become one of the most important words in channel marketing and incentive programs. As business models, distribution channels, markets, and customer expectations rapidly change, companies need data to stay ahead of the curve and their competition. According to a recent study by HIPB2B, 40% of B2B marketers say that “collecting and using quality data” is among their top challenges. That’s why it was important for us to bring aboard someone like Omid, who has experience creating data-based solutions for B2B brands. As Incentive Solutions/Extu CEO Mark Herbert said,

Omid embodies the culture and values of our company with a focus on the future of channel technology demands. Bringing him onto our team reflects our commitment to creating a product-focused organization with a voice at the highest level. Omid has a sophisticated understanding of business needs as well as outstanding skills in data-centered product design and execution.

Omid earned his BS in Software Engineering from McGill University and holds certifications in Pragmatic Product Management & Marketing as well as Human Centered Design. He’s continuing his Data Science expertise at HarvardX.

We look forward to the expanded and improved channel solutions we’ll be able to bring to our clients, with Omid’s expertise and guidance driving our product forward! To learn more about Omid and his experience, check out our press release.
