Week 1

Program Setup & Branding

Join your Account Manager for a kickoff meeting, where we’ll go over program strategy, accounting, and discuss branding for your incentive program management platform.

Week 2

Creative Work & Enrollment

We will design your reward program management platform, set up your enrollment method, and create a program communication calendar. This way you can make sure the right people are enrolled in your program and that you’re getting the right data during registration.

Week 3

Data Management

Together, we’ll set up your promotions, build out your add-on modules, confirm award structure, and review participant upload and data upload templates.

Week 4

System Training & Program Review

We will activate your admin account and train your internal admin. Then it’s time for program review, where we’ll iron out any wrinkles and put on the finishing touches. As our commitment to protecting your brand, you’ll have 3 complementary rounds of edits for your rewards program website.
