Mark has 30+ years of experience overseeing operations in the incentive industry. He joined Incentive Solutions as President and COO in 2002 and took the reins as CEO in 2018. Not only a thought leader in channel engagement and incentives, he’s also a philanthropist who participates yearly in the Distinguished Clown Corps to benefit Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Before becoming the CFO of Incentive Solutions in 2012, Scott filled various leadership and finance positions in franchising, healthcare, and software development companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.

As CMO, Nichole sets demand generation strategies for OneAffiniti and Incentive Solutions channel technology and services. Nichole and her team have increased qualified lead generation by 1800% and contributed significantly to Incentive Solutions’ 20% year over year growth. Nichole holds a double BA from AIU in Marketing and Design. In her free time, she spends time with her family and travels with her husband and mini-Aussie.

Kelly brings over 20 years of technology expertise to his CIO role. He has developed solutions and managed technologies supporting a wide range of incentive programs. Kelly has authored and edited of several IT books and exams, including web development, database programming, and computer networking. He graduated cum laude from The University of Georgia with a B.S. in Physics and has earned professional certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, and (ISC)².

As Chief Revenue Officer, Michael brings over 25 years of executive leadership with international sales and marketing experience to the team. Having worked at global companies including FedEx and Dell, his expertise in channel marketing and strong desire to see brands and channel partners succeed will contribute to the growth of services offered by Incentive Solutions. Michael enjoys yard work, swimming, traveling with his family, and sarcasm.

John’s track record includes delivering numerous, successful digital products in media and financial sectors. Before joining OneAffiniti, he served as CTO at HotelsCombined, which led to significant growth and an acquition by the Booking.com Group. He earned his B.A. in Economics & Mathematics from the National University of Ireland Galway. In his free time, he enjoys bushwalking with his family and playing golf in Sydney’s Northern Beaches region.

Joel founded OneAffiniti 12 years ago and grew the company into a global leader in through-channel marketing, working with Fortune 500 clients like Google, Microsoft, Lenovo, and Dell. With Incentive Solutions’ acquisition of OneAffiniti, Joel became the Chief Strategy Officer shaping the companies’ path to becoming a channel software leader. In his spare time, he plays tennis and bad golf, and visits the #1 ice cream shop in the world with his family.

He creates, budgets, and delivers extraordinary corporate travel and meeting experiences throughout the U.S., the Caribbean, and Europe. Deven was a proud member of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity at Southeast Missouri State University.

Mandy started her incentives career in sales at Incentive Solutions, but quickly moved to account management because of her vast understanding of our incentive programs and technology. As an account manager, Mandy exceeded her client’s expectations by creating award-winning incentive programs. She now serves as the VP of Account Management. Mandy has over 10 years of experience managing accounts in several industries, including with the Red Cross.
