We'd Like to Thank the Academy

We’re so proud, we could just burst! This year, we were honored to be included in the Incentive Marketing Association’s (IMA) Circle of Excellence for the contractor loyalty program we launched with our esteemed partner, Ferguson. We got a shiny award and everything! So what did we do, exactly? We helped Ferguson refresh their contractor loyalty program, Ferguson PRO Plus™. The program’s three goals were:
  • Increase long-term loyalty
  • Encourage contractors to purchase online
  • Improve B2B customer relationships
So how did we do? The program hit its goal and then just kept on going, with 77% of contractors participating. Total average order quantity went up by 319% and PRO Plus™ customers provided 665% more revenue a month than others. Here’s a round of applause from us to Ferguson’s incentive program manager, Colette Garofalis, account manager Sydney Coleman and everyone else who helped this program shine!

This marks our third year participating in The Great Backpack Give-Away. Every year, Agape collects and distributes new backpacks filled with school supplies to children in pre-K to 12th grade throughout Atlanta. Prepping Atlanta’s underserved children with the materials they need to succeed is a cause we believe in strongly, and so do our clients! We’d like to thank Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating, CertainTeed, Dri-Eaz and Chace Building Supply for donating their online reward program points and helping us put together 121 backpacks for Agape, breaking last year’s record of 110 backpacks!
