We did it again! For the fifth year in a row, Incentive Solutions has been named one of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For! Our company culture and engaged, motivated staff continue to make the Incentive Solutions employee experience one of the best around.

For the past two years, we’ve held our BthruB Leadership conference at the beautiful, historic Barnsley resort in north Georgia. In 2017, we’ll be doing things a little differently. Our attendees told us they’d love to get the Atlanta experience during BthruB and we liked the sound of that! So, this year, BthruB’s location will be the fabulous St. Regis hotel in Atlanta’s Buckhead area!
“We wanted to send a new message this year, change up the atmosphere and celebrate Atlanta,” says Travel Services Director, Deven Crane. “So we’re bringing attendees to an up-scale hotel and focusing our activities on local attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coke.”
We can’t wait to kick off BthruB, Atlanta style!
We’ve got some new widgets on our incentive platform’s dashboard to help enhance your incentive program! New Goal Tracker and Wishlist widgets allow participants to see their goal progress and the rewards they’re jonesing for as soon as they log into their program. This will keep their eyes on the prize and inspire them to redeem their reward points. Ask your Account Manager about adding these widgets to your online incentive program!

The Sultan of Sales, Hem-Raj Singh!
Our Star Employee of the Quarter is Business Development Specialist, Hem-Raj Singh! Ever since he joined the sales team in 2015, Hem has been committed to expanding his skill set and better understanding how our solutions solve business needs. “He’s been constantly taking the initiative to grow and get better,” says VP of Sales, Luke Kreitner. “He’s read three business books this quarter already and has been listening to relevant podcasts on his long commute. Through training our newest salesperson, he’s realized he’s doing much better in his role than he thought, which boosted his confidence. That confidence shows and will no doubt help him bring value to future prospects.”

Zaira Pedra – Participants Services Coordinator
Welcome aboard Zaira, our newest Participant Services Coordinator! Zaira was born in Mexico and raised in Houston, TX and Georgia. After graduating high school, she traveled back and forth from Mexico to Georgia to help run the family businesses in Mexico, which leant her perspective on managing small businesses. Fluent in English and Spanish, Zaira has over 10 years of experience in the customer service field, as well as serving as a bilingual volunteer at an elementary school and a Brand Ambassador for many different companies in the past two years. Zaira also enjoys being a mommy to her 3-year-old toddler, jogs at the park, traveling to new destinations and learning about history. Welcome to the ISI team, Zaira! We can’t wait to see how you learn and grow!
