Safety National Casualty Corporation, a top provider of excess workers' compensation insurance in the United States, recently was named the Best Place to Work in Insurance by Business Insurance magazine.

Fifty agents, brokers and insurance companies received the awards, which recognize leadership, planning, corporate culture, communications, work environment, role satisfaction, training, development and relationship with supervisors when determining which companies provided the best workplace experience and culture for employees. The selection process also invovled collecting information on employer-offered benefits, practices and policies.

"We take this recognition very seriously because our employees are the most important element of what makes Safety National a great company. We continuously strive to provide the best work culture that rewards each of our employees for their valuable service."
