Early this year, BlueArc Corporation reported that it enhanced its Partner Acceleration Program. The company, a high-performance unified network storage, designed the upgrades to “support and attract best-in-class storage resellers to enable BlueArc's aggressive growth plans.”
The new program utilizes multi-tier program alignment that: allows for additional technical training and enhanced partner rewards. It also provides new sales tools and resources, along with other benefits and tools.
Cameron van Orman, senior director of worldwide channel sales and partner marketing, noted, "Our enhanced channel program provides BlueArc channel partners with the tools and support they need to better meet customer needs and gain competitive advantage," Orman went on to explain that the programs would put resellers in a better position which will “allow resellers to be rewarded and recognized when they initiate new opportunities."
Included in BlueArc’s Partner Acceleration Program are, at the latest count, more than 150 partners worldwide. Along with this increase, the company has seen a 110% jump in channel revenue over the last two years.
Taking advantage of the benefits of channel partner programs, PROMISE Technology, another storage provider, also boosted their incentives by implementing a three-tier benefits program, according to eChannelLine Daily News.
