Tandberg Strives to Improve Partner Program Along with Customer Satisfaction

Ever moving forward, Tandberg, a video conferencing company, has reported that it has plans that include improving its enVision Partner Program. With recent expansion of its services and market, Tandberg trusts that the new partner reward program will be beneficial in providing a highly specialized level of services to existing and potential clients.

The modular training program provided by the company, along with higher quality operational support will certainly be beneficial to partners. Utilizing this program affords Tandberg a competitive edge as a partner in the video community.

In addition to the channel incentive program, Tandberg will be upgrading other aspects of its incentive and rewards program. Plans are in the works to include a better value-based model that provides incentives, and rewards partners for working toward competency and generating new business.

According to Todd Meister, Tandberg’s vice president, these programs are geared to “empower” partners to develop specialization that will complement their video solutions.” He explains that through difficult times and major changes, their partners remain focused and steadily generate new growth. Meister went on to say, “We are helping to create a premium experience for customers and a sustainable business for our partners.”

Striving to enhance channel loyalty programs is a useful strategy to entice partners on board with changes such as market shifts. These programs will also motivate, as well as give partners the tools to ensure growth. Other businesses, watching and learning, are expected to follow suit.
