"Hello, I'm Mandy Freeman, an Account Manager with Performance Systems Group and Incentive Solutions.
My primary focus is to partner with our clients in building and managing their incentive program, while using our online reward platform, RewardTrax. In a nutshell, this system is point-based, with a product offering of over 45 million merchandise items, as well as ticketed events, and prepackaged travel opportunities. Basically there's a little something for everyone, which is really important to our clients when they're trying to motivate a vast demographic of participants.
What's also great about our system is, our clients get a completely branded platform that advertises them, not the incentive company. We've taken the old school traditional catalogs where people feel like they get a toaster for 15 years of service, expanded that product offering with real time pricing via the internet with a cost savings to our client.
We also provide a comprehensive administrative tool, where you're able to manage your program, any time, any place, from any computer. All of our clients are assigned an Account Manager, such as myself, that will see you through the life of the program. We help establish program goals, assess target audiences, and also assist in building successful marketing strategies that will insure a positive return on investment.
We work with the understanding that our clients have so much to do in an 8 hour day, so we try to remain that behind the scenes person, the faithful watchman, who will look over your program when you're not able to. By building trusting relationships with our clients, we have found that they are our best source of referrals, sharing the benefits of RewardTrax to other divisions in their company, and with business alliances as well.
