Chief Executive Officer Steve Damerow, provides the strategic vision for Incentive Solutions, encompassing all of the products and services they offer. Over the course of his lengthy incentive career, Steve's reputation for driving innovative concepts has changed the industry. Before starting Incentive Solutions, Steve served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Osborne Incentives, which later became U.S. Motivation. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Berry College, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from The American Graduate School of Management (Thunderbird).
- President and Chief Operating Officer
A veteran of the incentive industry, Mark has over 25 years of experience in overseeing business operations. Mark advanced quickly in the incentive industry, and held the title of Vice President of Incentives and Technology for WorldTravel Meetings & Incentives, a travel incentive company, managing $60 million of incentive travel programs and meetings annually. In addition, he oversaw the development of technology that automated the company's planning and meeting registration processes. Today, Mark is responsible for management of Incentive Solutions.
Mark is well-known for his philanthropic services, most notably the Distinguished Clown Corps. On the first Saturday of December each year, local business leaders of Atlanta come together to dress as clowns and visit children throughout the Hospital. They also contribute generous monitary donations to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Afterwards, the group walks in the annual Children's Healthcare Parade and gives out goodies to the children along the parade route. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
- Chief Financial Officer
Scott began his career working in the Incentive Industry as an Accounting Manager with WorldTravel Meetings and Incentives. Since then, he has worked in a variety of Accounting and Finance leadership positions in various industries including technology, franchising, healthcare and software development with companies such as TRX, Inc., AFC Enterprises, McKesson Provider Technologies and Resources Global. He's spent much of his career implementing financial and operational software, also creating and managing processes which help monitor and drive financial performance. In addition, he has experience in mergers and acquisitions and the related integration of operational and administrative activities which occur after the transaction.
Scott joined Incentive Solutions in January of 2012. He is currently responsible for Incentive Solutions' financial management and administrative functions, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.
- Vice President of Sales and Account Management
Luke is the driver behind the strategic planning and tactical execution that yields successful programs for clients. Luke and his account managers act as the "quarterback" during the program design and development process and later provide the day-to-day, post-launch support needed for positive program performance. Prior to joining Incentive solutions, Luke spent seven years at Chevron Corporation in project management and marketing roles. He redesigned and managed Chevron's $2 million employee incentive program focused on improving convenience store operations and customer service. Luke holds a MBA from St. Mary's College of California and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia. He received his ROI Professional certification from the ROI Institute.
VP of Technology
Kelly brings over 15 year of technology expertise to his role as VP of Information Technology, with the last 8 years in the incentives industry. He has developed solutions and managed technologies supporting a wide range of incentive programs including group travel, creative marketing, debit cards, and point programs. Kelly has authored and edited several books and preparation exams on a variety of IT topics including Web development, database programming, and computer networking.n
nKelly holds professional certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, and has previously held the prestigious CISSP security certification from ISC2. Kelly graduated cum laude from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Physics.
- Director of Marketing and Communications
Since her start in February of 2008, Nichole Gunn has transformed Incentive Solution's marketing and communications team to be the quality producing, creative backbone that the company relies on today. Nichole and her team manage and construct all of the company's in and outbound marketing tactics, including organic, local and international search, content marketing and client communications. Nichole began her career in incentives in 2005 at US Motivation, focusing on proposal design and creative communications. Nichole holds a BFA, double major, from AIU Atlanta. She has studied abroad focusing her studies on art history and economics in Paris, France, London, England and Venice, Italy.
Director of Account Management
Mandy is the Director of Account Management and has been with Loyaltyworks for the past seven years. She started her career here as an Account Manager, and through her hard work and ability to exceed all of her client's expectations, moved up to become our Director of Account Management. Mandy has over a decade of experience in Account Management throughout a broad spectrum of industries. She spent her time prior to Loyaltyworks working with Donor Recruitment at the American Red Cross, serving as Account Manager for all blood drive-related activities and projects for her territory. She also worked as a Registered Dietitian for several years, providing daily nutritional-related care to patients in a clinical setting.
Director of Travel Services
As an alumni of Southeast Missouri State University and a transplant to Atlanta, GA in 1999, Deven has been in the Meetings and Incentive industry ever since. All of those years have been with Incentive Solutions specializing in creating, planning, budgeting, and delivering extraordinary incentive group travel experiences and meetings throughout the US, the Caribbean, and Europe. Deven has worked with clients from all industries and although his skill set is vast he believes that his greatest expertise is his ability to act as a professional liaison between creative, technical, logistical and other specialized vendors... not to mention his calm and flexible approach in handling pressure situations.
