"In 1994 Incentive Solutions was founded to bring custom built cost effective incentive solutions to professionals in HR, Sales, and Marketing.
Of the solutions that we provide, the latest one, one that we're really excited about is called RewardTrax. It offers millions of reward items-40 million plus-everything from DVDs, books, CDs, to apparel, jewelry, electronics…if you can think of it it's probably there so you don't have to guess at what rewards are going to motivate your participants. Something there will get them excited.
There are a lot of applications for this system. One of the ideas that we've come up recently with is a business referral program, called the "Incentive Solutions Referral Network." Everyone knows that the best lead you can get in sales is from a referral, so we're awarding points from our RewardTrax platform to anyone that gives us a lead that results in a contract.
$500 to $1,000 in RewardTrax points can be spent for themselves, their company, or a charity of their choice. So, it's a very exciting program that's working well for us.
