Dan Leong - VP, Product Development
Dan’s chief role at Incentive Solutions is to continually enhance and expand our solutions to yield maximum value for clients and program participants. A longtime veteran of the incentive industry, Dan previously spent 20 years with USMotivation, ultimately as Chief Operating Officer, where he was instrumental in growing company revenues from $20 million to over $150 million. Earlier in his career, Dan managed an incentive merchandise fulfillment operation in Atlanta, and served as a corporate vice president at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), overseeing the company’s national customer service centers.
Dan’s expertise includes developing service models particularly suited to a client’s industry and culture. He is currently a trustee of the Incentive Research Foundation, which seeks to increase the understanding, effective use and resultant benefits of incentives to organizations interested in improved performance.
He holds a Bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Miami School of Business.
