Dan Leong views technology as game-changer for performance-minded organizations
ATLANTA, February 18, 2011 – Dan Leong, a 25-year veteran of the incentive and motivation industry has joined Incentive Solutions as vice president of product development.
In his new role, Leong will focus on growing Incentive Solutions’ market share via RewardTrax — the firm’s patent-pending, Web-based engine for points-based incentive programs. He sees the technology as having broad appeal and easy to implement in organizations of all sizes and sectors. RewardTrax provides a personal connection to program participants, greater flexibility for reward issuance and all the backend administrative reporting.
" One of the reasons I wanted to come to Incentive Solutions is the huge growth potential in their RewardTrax offering," Leong explains. " The functionality afforded by the technology is compelling to all segments of the incentive industry — end users, third-party incentive providers, and merchandise suppliers looking for new avenues to move their products. One of Leong’s immediate goals is to expand RewardTrax to industry sectors that have incorporated incentive programs to drive behavior; for example, human resources, training and wellness. Prior to joining Incentive Solutions, Leong was chief operating officer of US Motivation, where he grew company revenue more than 400 percent. Earlier in his career he was president of Incentive Innovation, a merchandise fulfillment operation, and spent nearly two decades in product development positions at Automated Data Processing (ADP). In 2007 he became a trustee of the Incentive Research Foundation, an industry organization that works to advance the science, application and benefits of incentives in business and industry.
